The fabulous Spa-Francorchamps is situated in the beautiful Ardennes region of

Belgium. The circuit – revised in 2007 - often provides some of the most exciting

racing of the season and is regarded as one of the most challenging circuits on

the calendar. Inclement weather can also be a feature of the race and being the

longest lap distance on the F1 calendar it can sometimes be dry on one section

and wet on another. A beautiful setting, and a classic F1 venue.

 

The largest principal city in relation to the circuit is Brussels. Although popular with some

of our competitors is does entail a 2½ to 3 hour transfer each way! Our base for this event

is the picturesque and livey city of Maastricht, located just 45 minutes from Spa. The city attracts

many international tourists not only for its rich history (founded by the Romans) but also for its

beauty. Because of its heritage value, the whole

of Maastricht city centre has been declared
