GERMAN Grand Prix  Hockenheim

Based in the beautiful, historic city of Heidelberg, a favourite destination for

Motor Passion clients and just 18 miles west from the circuit. An ancient town

with magnificent architecture and a stunning position astride the banks of the

Neckar. A huge fairytale castle dominates the city, which is best known for its

university. Transfer time to the circuit from Heidelberg – depending on traffic

would normally be around 30 minutes

The Hockenheim circuit is spectacular and modern set in a beautiful forest

which it cuts through before looping back into the wonderful stadium and

pits straight sections, featuring massive grandstands which offer impressive

viewing. The racing here is often is tight with a nice flow with many overtaking

opportunities. But what makes this unlike any other circuit is its massive

concrete Stadium Section, invariably filled with 100,000

klaxon-bearing Mercedes fans!
