It is a government regulation that your pre payments are secure and protected in the unlikely event of insolvency.

Therefore to comply with the regulations and for your added security and peace of mind, Motor Passion Limited maintains a separate trust account where your money (paid in advance) is kept until you return after the satisfactory conclusion of your travel / tour. Any Event tickets and hospitality packages purchased in advance on your behalf are held securely in your name. The trust account is administered independently through a dedicated “Client account” with HSBC Bank Plc, 1st Floor Westminster House, Windsor Road, Slough, Berkshire.
